Sonoma County, California, is celebrated for its diverse wine styles, including world-class Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Spanning over 18 AVAs, Sonoma’s climate ranges from the cool, fog-influenced coastal areas like the Russian River Valley to the warmer, drier inland regions such as Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. This diversity is further enhanced by a wide array of soils, including alluvial loam, volcanic ash, and clay, supporting an exceptional variety of grape varieties.
