Keaton Crow

Keaton is an alumnus of the UC Davis Viticulture & Enology program with a decade of experience working with some of the most well-known estates in Italy and across the United States. His philosophy, which he coined conscious intervention, emphasizes the inherent quality of fruit with restrained use of additives and processing.
